There is so much to get stressed about when you are planning your wedding – like buying your wedding dress, guest lists, seating plans, etc – so adding to all that the worry of getting a nice cake that you as a Coeliac can enjoy can be a nightmare. When I got married nearly 15 years ago general cake makers had no idea on how to make a gluten free cake and those that were willing to try wanted a small fortune to try! Possibly one of the best gluten free pastas is by Salute, with a choice of Penne, Spaghetti or Fusilli with a good firm texture that does not go gooey and sticky like many other brands and holds it shape very well which is a big plus when mixing it with sauces etc and where it doesn’t stick together it is even good cold!
