Possibly one of the best gluten free pastas is by Salute, with a choice of Penne, Spaghetti or Fusilli with a good firm texture that does not go gooey and sticky like many other brands and holds it shape very well which is a big plus when mixing it with sauces etc and where it doesn’t stick together it is even good cold!
